Politics has descended to the lowest level ever since Rahul Gandhi took charge of the Congress: Amit Shah

The Lok Sabha election campaign is at its peak across the country. All parties have entered into the arena with allegations and counter-allegations. Union Home and Cooperation Minister, as well as star campaigner for the Bharatiya Janata Party, Amit Shah, is actively involved in election campaigning with fervor, presenting the achievements of the past 10 years and the agenda for the next 25 years. Shri Amit Shah addressed a significant press conference organized at the BJP’s state office in Guwahati, Assam, where he made it clear that “Rahul Gandhi has only lowered the level of politics after taking charge of the Congress.”

For the past 20 years, Congress has been launching Rahul Gandhi, but the prince of the Congress has proven himself to be ineffective every time. Preventing discussions in the Lok Sabha, boycotting debates in the Rajya Sabha, and spreading baseless rumors among the public are examples of this low-level politics, which the Congress under his leadership continues to engage in.

Recently, through a fake video, the Congress attempted to mislead the people of the country. They have tried to portray that BJP’s goal is to change the Constitution, while also spreading false claims that the Bharatiya Janta Party will abolish reservations after surpassing 400 seats.

Shri Amit Shah, who has transformed the trajectory of Indian politics, made it clear that the Bharatiya Janata Party has been running a government with a full majority for 10 years. Unlike Congress, it has not used the majority to impose an emergency and strangle democracy, extend the term of the Lok Sabha, or amend the Constitution.

Shri Amit Shah said,“Every citizen of India has witnessed that how the government of the Bharatiya Janata Party has utilized its full majority to remove Article 370, abolish Triple Talaq, amend colonial laws, impose lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic, introduce the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), and pave the way for the construction of the Ram Temple”.

The people of the country have realized that the Congress party is spreading falsehoods to incite unrest among the people. The Congress government in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka had granted reservations to Muslims on religious grounds in an unconstitutional manner, while depriving SC, ST, and OBC communities of their rights.

Shri Amit Shah, who advocates for the politics of “Antyodaya” (upliftment of the last person), believes that the religion-based reservation is unconstitutional. He asserts that if the BJP comes to power in these states, it will eliminate religion-basedreservations and work to ensure justice for SC-ST and OBC communities. BJP supports reservations for SC-ST and OBC communities and will continue to protect them.

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and guidance of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, the women of the country have been given 33% reservation in the Assembly and Lok Sabha, whereas this never happened in the Congress government. The government of the Bharatiya Janata Party stands with the women power of the country. Today, the Congress is in such a state of decline that the Gandhi family is abandoning their traditional seats like- Amethi and Rae Bareli.

If we observe the Indian politics closely, it becomes evident that Rahul Gandhi has led the Congress into a trough. In the states where Rahul Gandhi campaigned for Congress, the lotus has bloomed over there with overwhelming majorities.

Also, when the presence of the master strategist of Indian politics, Shri Amit Shah, is seen evident in the campaigns, it is almost certain that Narendra Modi will become Prime Minister for the third time with over 400 seats.
