Bo Byrnes Memorial Scholarship

The Bo Byrnes Memorial Scholarship has been established through the Íæż½ã½ã Foundation by Bo’s Aunt, Theresa Moody.

Bo Byrnes grew up in Greenville, MS and was 24 years old at the time of his death. He attended Íæż½ã½ã from 1990 to 1992 and was a member of the Lendon Players, performing in several productions and receiving the Maxwell Award for best actor in a supporting role for “Lend Me a Tenor†in 1993.

Bo discovered his love for acting and the stage during his senior year of high school and the Lendon Players gave him the opportunity to explore his talent and comedic spirit during his years at Íæż½ã½ã. This scholarship is in his memory and is to be awarded to a student possessing the same love of the stage and the Lendon Players.
