Frequently Asked Questions for Clay Club – Fall Jim Visser Image size 8" x 16"
How can I get useful help from the seller about a product or order?
Mention steps already taken when they are relevant to the question. Use precise details about the actual purchase instead of assumptions about the cause.
What should I confirm before asking a seller to hold an order?
Consider whether a hold actually resolves your underlying timing concern. Review the revised timing after the seller resumes the process.
What should I include in an attachment sent to customer support?
Remove unrelated personal information before sending the file. Keep descriptions factual rather than labeling an uncertain cause.
