Olson will lead 玩偶姐姐鈥檚 Financial Institutions Distribution Channel which partners with bank and broker dealers providing fixed and fixed index annuities. Launched in 2020, 玩偶姐姐 has experienced significant growth in this channel and is a top 10* carrier in multi-year guarantee annuity (MYGA) sales.

Olson has more than 30 years鈥� experience serving in various sales, compliance, product management, relationship management, business development and sales distribution roles.鈥�鈥疢ost recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Allianz broker-dealer and hybrid RIA channels in support of life, annuity and ETF product distribution. He has also served as a long-time member of the Bank Insurance & Securities Association (BISA) Leadership Advisory Board. Tom resides in Medina, Minnesota and is married with four children.
